For YA-MAN, a leader in beauty technology, we served as external advisors for the launch of their first global flagship store in Ginza.
As the client’s first venture into a standalone street-level boutique, we provided a high-level overview and cross-functional support.
Our role focused on the “hardware” of the space—conducting area research for the ideal location, introducing design firms capable of manifesting the brand’s vision, and providing project management (PM) support.
We also provided objective counsel on the “software” of communication, including PR firm selection and media strategy.
By connecting the right experts and sharing the insights needed for critical decision-making, we supported the birth of a landmark that marks a new chapter in the brand’s history.
